Since its founding in 1977, Scripps Green Hospital has served the La Jolla and other San Diego communities with distinction. We also share our campus with Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine, whose care is nationally recognized for blending the best of complementary therapies with conventional medicine.

Scripps Green Hospital has a close working relationship with physicians from Scripps Clinic Medical Group. Through this unique partnership, many Scripps Clinic physicians perform a variety of surgeries and other procedures at Scripps Green Hospital.

And most Scripps Clinic patients who need to be admitted to the hospital for medical care or observation are admitted to Scripps Green Hospital. This allows for easier collaboration between a patient?s referring physician and the variety of Scripps Clinic and Scripps Green Hospital specialists involved in his or her hospital care.
