Sky Ridge Medical Center is part of HealthONE, a joint venture between the nonprofit HealthONE Alliance and the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), Inc.

A survey of the 170 hospitals owned by HCA ranked Sky Ridge Medical Center No. 1 for patient satisfaction in 2006. The same year, HealthGrades.com, a healthcare ratings company based in Golden, CO, recognized Sky Ridge for excellence in pulmonary care. 5280 Magazine classified more than 40 doctors affiliated with the hospital among the best physicians in the state in 2007. The magazine cited specialties ranged from pediatric cardiology to vascular surgery.

The 57-acre campus encompasses a variety of treatment centers, including the Sally Jobe Breast Center and the Sky Ridge Cancer Center. Over the past four years, the hospital’s presence in Lone Tree has drawn a number of other health-care providers to the area.

Sky Ridge has been named a Center of Excellence for American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS).

In 2007 Sky Ridge Medical Center was honored with the Commission on Cancer Outstanding Achievement Award.
