Inpatient and outpatient services are provided at the 528-bed medical center located on the St. Johns River in Jacksonville, FL. In addition to the modern patient care facilities, the campus also features a retail pharmacy, gift shop, conference areas, local credit union branch and on-site parking for employees and visitors

Interpreters and Special Needs

For non-English speaking persons, the hospital will make every effort to provide you with an interpreter in order to ensure proper communication between you, your physician and hospital staff. If you need an interpreter, or would like to use a specialized phone service that provides immediate translation free of charge, please tell your nurse.

If you require any specific aids because of a disability, such as a TDD telephone communications device for the deaf, or if you need an interpreter or phone service that provides translation, Your nurse will make the appropriate arrangements. These services are free of charge.
