Welcome to the foreigners service department of the Na Homolce Hospital. Na Homolce Hospital provides services to foreign non-holders of the European Health Insurance Card through Foreigners? reception, a specialized foreigners? office located near the main entrance to the hospital on the fifth floor.

Since we know that traveling to obtain health care and undergoing treatment in a foreign country can lead to stress, we try to make things as easy as possible for you, from the very first phone call up to your return home.

Employees in the foreigners?office, who speak English, Russian and French, will gladly arrange for you the following:
- smooth reception to the Na Homolce Hospital
- specialist consultation
- examination, hospitalisation and after-care scheduling
- communication with your assistance service
- services of an interpreter and the translation of medical documentation
- services of an assistant that will accompany you during your stay in the hospital and the delivery of fresh flowers to your room.

Most patients come to the hospital on the recommendation of their family or friends and get an appointment themselves. Others have been referred here by a physician directly collaborating with the Na Homolce Hospital.

Important! A referral is not a condition for getting an appointment: most patients seek an appointment in our hospital directly, without having previously consulted their physician.

The prices of high-quality treatment and healthcare in the Czech Republic are lower than the prices of similar medical care in Western Europe, the U.S. or Japan.

We believe that meeting the needs of our clients (patients and referring physicians) and providing high-quality services in a cost-effective manner with a view of making specialized care available to the vast majority of patients are the basic challenges of modern health care.
