Get The OMT Partner Seal For Your Website

1) Make sure your listing is accurate and up to date. It is critical to ensure that the procedures offered by your organization are updated on your listing, as our system uses your listed procedures to match you with patient requests for quotes. Also, your organization must have an active FREE listing with an updated and verified email address where we can forward the requests.

2) Place the OMT partner seal on your site. Have your webmaster place the partner seal code (shown below) anywhere on your homepage. Please do not alter this code - it will identify your site as a partner in our Get A Free Quote program. We will confirm the presence of this seal on your homepage as part of the approval process and before sending requests.

3) Send your first response to us for approval. New applicants will be accepted on a trial basis. Requests that are initially forwarded to you must be responded to promptly and include information about your policies and procedures.

We require that new applicants send the quote to us preserving the case number associated with each quote request. Once we receive the quote and there is sufficient detail in response to the request, we will reply to you with the prospective patient’s full name and email address for you to forward your quote directly to the patient, copying us on the message. Once you can demonstrate an ability to respond quickly with appropriate information, we will make you a full partner, and all future requests sent to you will include the contact information of the patient. We still require that you copy us in on your initial reply, preserving the case number in the subject line.

We encourage you to use this opportunity to promote yourselves to prospective patients, including information like: accreditation, TESTIMONIALS, awards, board certifications of doctors/surgeons and information about your facility and services.
